The location of the hotel was great, close to many attractions and conveniences. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for restaurants. The decor of the hotel was charming and had a traditional feel.

The building itself seemed a bit old and worn. The carpet in the room looked tired and in need of replacement.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, making our New Year stay a nice one. They greeted us with big smiles and went out of their way to ensure we had a great time. The location of the hotel was perfect, with the Louvre just a short walk away. We loved spending our evenings watching the illuminations at the Louvre. there were plenty of restaurants to choose from in the area, offering a diverse range of cuisines.

One downside was that the air conditioning in the room was set for heat only, and we couldn't adjust it individually. This meant that when the room temperature was high, the only way to cool it down was by opening the windows, quite noisy.
